PC - SENIOR STEPS

Ballet West offers a unique creative aging opportunity through our Senior Steps program. 

By participating in our Senior Steps Ballet classes, we hope to increase your flexibility, strength, balance, gain confidence and feel beautiful. Ballet West shares the joy of Ballet through this low impact dance class. Our classes are offered at no charge. 

Must be at least 55 years old +
