Summer Adult Ballet Workshop
A dynamic week-long intensive designed specifically for adult dancers. Each day will begin with a full technique class to refine your foundation and build strength, followed by an additional hour focused on variations, conditioning, and contemporary movement.
The week will culminate in an informal in-studio showcase to celebrate your progress and share your work with friends and family.
